Quellenfest 2026 in Bad Vilbel: Four Days of Culture, Music, and Community

From May 22 to 25, 2026, Bad Vilbel will once again transform into a vibrant festival city: The Quellenfest invites visitors from the region and beyond to a long weekend full of music, culture, culinary delights, and shared experiences. This year, the traditional city festival presents itself more diverse than ever—with new event areas, creative highlights, and many special moments for the whole family.

A Festival Opening with Special Significance
A highlight of this year’s Quellenfest is the ceremonial opening of the redesigned Kurpark. The modernized grounds will be officially presented during the festival weekend and can be discovered through guided tours. New design elements, expanded recreational areas, and fresh ideas make the Kurpark a place where nature, relaxation, and community come together in a special way.

The Burgpark Becomes an Adventure World
For the first time, the Burgpark will be fully integrated into the Quellenfest as a large, cohesive event area. Visitors can expect a varied program featuring an artisan market, hands-on activities, sports offerings, and live entertainment for all generations.

The so-called “Art Cubes” deserve special attention—creative outdoor installations that transform the Burgpark into an extraordinary experience space throughout the festival, inviting visitors to explore.
International Street Art in Bad Vilbel
Even before the official start of the Quellenfest, an impressive art project will take shape in the public space: From May 21 to 25, internationally renowned artists CASE, HERA, and Tobias from Frankfurt will create a large-scale mural on the railway retaining wall “Am Sportfeld” near the Homburger Straße roundabout.
Under the title “When there is water, there is life,” an impressive wall artwork will emerge that creatively and modernly interprets the significance of water—and thus the identity of Bad Vilbel as a spring city.

Music, Atmosphere, and Long Festival Evenings
Günther-Biwer-Platz remains the musical heart of the Quellenfest in 2026. Especially at “Rock am Park,” visitors can look forward to energetic concert evenings with popular tribute bands and live acts. Here, exuberant atmosphere, captivating music, and summery festival vibes come together.

Culinary Delights in a Relaxed Atmosphere
Whether in the Burgpark or at Günther-Biwer-Platz—at both central festival areas, guests can enjoy a diverse culinary offering daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. From hearty specialties to international delicacies, sweet treats, and refreshing beverages, there’s something for every taste.

Tradition That Connects
A permanent fixture of the Quellenfest in 2026 remains the ceremonial enthronement of the new Quellenkönigin (Spring Queen). As an ambassador of the city, she represents Bad Vilbel and the Quellenfest for an entire year and symbolically stands for the close connection between tradition, community, and city history.

The Quellenfest 2026 shows Bad Vilbel at its most vibrant: tradition-conscious yet modern, creative and family-friendly, relaxed and full of energy. For four days, the city center becomes a meeting place for people of all ages—with unique experiences, cultural highlights, and genuine festival atmosphere.

Anyone looking to discover or rediscover Bad Vilbel will find the perfect occasion for a visit at the Quellenfest.
