There’s so much to see: Discover Bad Vilbel on foot.
Simply set off and explore, hiking and strolling through town, fields, and forests. One moment bustling with life, the next finding peace with silence and fresh air, marveling at biotopes, crossing idyllic orchards. Everything is so close together—experience it, relax, get active.

Starting points: Access points for the eight trails are located at Bad Vilbel Süd S-Bahn station, on Niddaplatz, at the Kurhaus, at the market square, on the Nidda behind the swimming pool, at the access from the Nidda to the festival grounds, at the parking lot at the cemetery – Lohstraße, at Ritterweiher, and at the forest parking lot Vilbeler Wald (B 521).

Our hiking and walking routes are designed to be used without advance planning, offering high recreational and experiential value in every respect. User-friendly markers guide you along all routes, even in the urban area, so you can’t get lost. Regular inspection and maintenance of our markers and information ensure you can always rely on this quality.
Dining options are available with wide variety in the urban area; rest stops and picnic areas for relaxation allow you to customize your outing individually.
